Arabesque Everything is the same as a liberty, except the flyer sticks the leg straight out behind her, parallel with the ground, perpendicular to her other leg, keeping her chest up. Below Prep-1

  Awesome See Cupie Extended-3 YES
  Back Spot(er) person that stands behind the flyer and helps flyer jump into the stunt and sturdies the stunt while up.  Catches the flyer when falling back.  Main responsibility is the flyer’s safety    
  Base the person that hold the flyer's feet. On the bottom, under the stunt. This is the person/persons who remain in contact with the floor lifting the flyer into a stunt. Person/persons on the bottom of a stunt or pyramid.    
Basket Toss (usually done with a front spot) bases hold each others wrists, (left hand holds the right wrist, and right hand holds the other bases left wrist) flyer jumps in, keeping just her toes on the front knuckles of the bases, everyone bounces down then up, and then the bases throw their hands up as hard as they can the flyer rides it up, does something in the air (i.e. a toe touch) then comes down like a cradle. Level 1-Ride only

Cradle Can be done from any stunt where the flyer is in the hands of the base(s).   When the bases throw the flyers feet straight up.  The flyer rides the toss up, pushing her toes in the air towards her head, and land in the arms of the bases in a pike position. Prep &  Below-1

Cupie (aka Awesome) Similar to an elevator except the bases bring their hands to the middle and the flyer's feet are positioned very close together. Braced-1

  Deadman lift When the flyer falls backwards or forwards out of a stunt. 3 or 4 people catch the flyer and could possibly push the flyer back up to the bases hands. 1 YES
  Dismount A way to return the flyer to the floor after a stunt. Returning to the floor position after a routine or mount.    
  Double Down same as a full down, but the flyer twists around twice, bases have to make sure they pop the flyer twice as hard. Prep-4

Double Cubie (aka Double Awesome) Similar to an extension except the base hold 2 flyers, each with both feet in one of the bases hands. Elite YES
  Double Take when the flyer is up in the air in a stunt, then it is brought back to the loading position and pushed back up in the air.    
Elevator (aka: Prep, Half) Two bases each hold a different foot of one flyer. The feet are both held at shoulder level. 1 YES
Extension flyer goes in as if it was a prep, but once steady, the bases push the flyer further in the air by extending their arm all the way above their heads, until their arms are completely straight. There are double based extensions and single based. Braced-1

  Flyer  (aka: top, top girl, Flier, Flyer, Floater, climber) The person that is elevated into the air by the bases; the person on top of the stunt. The girl that goes up in the stunt.    
Front Arabesque (aka: Waterfall) Same as an arabesque, except the flyer sticks her leg straight out to the front, parallel with the ground, perpendicular to her other leg. Below Prep-1

  Front Spot(er) Like a back spot, but stands in the front helping the bases, and catches if the flyer falls. Main responsibility is the flyer’s safety.    
Full down Done to a cradle catch, everything is the same, except the flyer twists 360°. The flyer rides it up, then puts her right arm to her front left pocket, and her left arm to her back right pocket, and turning her head to the left, twisting her hips that way too, then opening back up to land in a pike cradle position. 2 legged stunts-3

Heel Stretch (aka: stretch) Everyone does the same as if it was a liberty, but the flyer holds onto her heel and straightens her leg out with her hand (holding her foot) by her ear. Below Prep-1

  Main Base The base that, in a single base stunt, holds both feet or in a double base/single legged stunt holds directly under the foot that the flyer is standing on.    
  Mount When one or more people are supported in the air. Another word for one stunt (not connected to another).

Prep (aka: hands, elevator, half extension) when the flyer jumps into the hands of both bases, and goes up to the level of the bases chests. 1 YES
Pyramid a group of interconnected stunts.  Multiple mounts or a group of stunts next to one another    
  Reverse Scale goes up like a high torch, but the flyer extends a leg across in front of her body but parallel to the ground, and faces forward. Below Prep-1

Scale Between an arabesque and a scorpion, the flyer extends her leg to the side while facing the crowd and grabs the calf of the extended leg between the knee and ankle.  The leg is extended out and held up above the head. The free arm goes into half a high V. Below Prep-1

Scorpion goes up the same as liberty, but the flyer then grabs her toe or ankle and pulls it the foot up to the back of her head, her leg forming a circle from her hip to her head. (sometimes flyer points forward to the crowd with her free hand) Below Prep-1

Single Base Extension (aka-single) The same as a normal extension, except the main base is facing forward with each hand, holding a different foot.  Some times incorrectly called simply a "partner stunt." 1 YES
Single Base Hands (toss to hands) - When one bases holds both of the flyers feet in the palm of their hands at their shoulder level, the flyer stands straight up.  This is the starting point for most single base stunts. 1 YES

  Spotter A person that stays in contact with the performing surface and watches for any hazards in the stunt or mount. The spotter is responsible for watching the flyer and to be prepared to catch her if she falls.    
Stag (aka: hitch) goes up like the lib, except the flyer holds her foot out to the side with the sole at knee level.  Depending on the stunt, the sole of the flyers free foot can be held by another flyer. Below Prep-1
